I’m a Wyoming girl, born and raised. Not sure where that is? We’re sandwiched between Montana and Colorado. Like a hamburger is to whole wheat buns.
I’m a wife and a mother of two. Depending on the day, my title changes to mother of a T-rex and unicorn.
I have a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Health Education. A Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. And I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

We all want to eat healthy and keep up with our fast pace of life, but lack the motivation and accountability to complete the journey. As a busy mom of two, I understand the struggle of juggling multiple responsibilities while trying to stay active and make healthy meals for yourself and your family.
Both a carb lover and chocolate chip enthusiast, I’ve struggled with healthy eating habits and I know how tough it is to break bad ones like emotional eating and create habits that serve.
In the past, I found myself in the quicker is better mindset. At one point, eating out was a multiple weekly occurrence. However, that all changed once I became pregnant with my son and responsible for his health as well as mine. I committed to cooking healthy homemade food. And now eating out has become a once a month treat.
Healthy eating doesn’t mean green salads, slaving all day, or boring foods. It’s about feeling empowered and in control of what you choose to eat.
I know how busyness causes us to default to unhealthy choices when it comes to putting food on the table. However, I also know how health affects more than the number on the scale. I’ve seen the devastating consequences our lifestyle choice can have on our loved ones.
It can be hard to make healthy changes with ourselves and our family. But I believe that our little, everyday choices matter when we choose health as priority. This is why I teach people how to become the healthiest versions of themselves.
In a world filled with the next quick fix and diet fads that are impossible to maintain, my realistic lifestyle approach and healthy recipe ideas provide clarity and encourage sustainable change.
As one of the first coaches in the nation to earn national board certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, and with a decade of experience in the wellness field, I’m bringing my one-on-one and group coaching experience online to provide support, accountability, recipes and healthy lifestyle tips.
